My Values
The core of my values has been moulded by a lifetime of my own personal experience healing myself from an autoimmune condition and how I navigated through the darkest time to find light, balance and harmony again and again as an immigrant, an empath and a woman.
Deep listening
Listen deeply and with curiosity to your own body. Listen beyond the noises of your own judgement and “common knowledge”. Listen to the whispers of your body’s wisdom, especially, when things hit rock bottom. Listen and the way will be told.
Trust
Tether yourself to a level of inner trust, no matter how vague it can feel at times. That gut instinct, that intuition that almost does not make sense but the feeling is strong and unmistakable. As if a sacred command for you to follow. Trust yourself and follow through. Your body will always tell you.
Trying
Try. Nothing changes unless you try. Nothing moves unless you start acting on your instinct & intuition. Don’t become a victim of overthinking or procrastination. Just Try It.
Devotion
Devotion is discipline with a lot of heart. The healing journey and transformation is not about perfection. It is OK to falter. It is OK to relapse. It is human. Each time, we learn more about ourselves and how to create our own medicine more effectively.
